How do the payment instalments work?
25% is due upfront to begin the engagement. The remaining 75% is split across 11 equal monthly payments. There are no hidden fees or usage charges — the total is fixed when you start.
What's included in the upfront payment?
The upfront payment initiates the project and covers the discovery and strategy phase. Work begins immediately after payment is confirmed. No additional deposits or milestone payments are required beyond the monthly schedule.
Can I pay the full amount upfront?
Yes. If you'd prefer to pay in full rather than use the instalment structure, we can accommodate that. Get in touch at the Discovery Call stage and we'll confirm the arrangement.
What if my business circumstances change mid-project?
We understand that businesses evolve. If your circumstances change significantly during the project, contact us directly and we'll discuss options. Our goal is always to reach a sensible outcome for both sides — not to enforce rigid contractual terms against a client in difficulty.
Are there any costs outside the package price?
No. The package price covers all design and production work within scope. If you request work outside the agreed scope, we'll discuss it transparently before proceeding — nothing is added to your invoice without your knowledge and approval.

How long does each package take?
Foundation runs approximately 2 months. Growth is 3 months. Scale is 4 months. These are delivery timelines — the brand is usable and active by the end of each window, not a work in progress handed over incomplete.
How involved do I need to be during the project?
You're involved at every decision point — typically a few hours across the project, concentrated in the discovery phase and at key review stages. You don't need to be available daily, but meaningful input at the right moments is what makes the outcome right for your business.
What happens after the brand is delivered?
You receive a complete, documented brand system — files, guidelines, and everything your team needs to use the brand independently. If your package includes extended support, ongoing design requests begin immediately. If not, you can add support access at any time.
Can we work together remotely?
Yes. Most of our work is done remotely — calls, shared documents, and organised file delivery. Being based in Auckland is convenient for NZ clients but not a requirement for how the project runs.

Can I add services outside my package?
Yes, within reason. If there's something specific your business needs that sits outside your package scope, we discuss it at the Discovery Call stage and price it transparently. We don't upsell during the project without a clear conversation first.
We already have a brand. Can you work with what we have?
Yes. We start with an audit of what exists. Some elements may be worth retaining — others may need reworking or replacing. The scope adjusts accordingly and is priced at the Discovery Call stage, so you won't be asked to pay for a full rebrand if a refinement is what's actually needed.
Do you work with businesses outside New Zealand?
Yes. The work is location-independent — we work with businesses across New Zealand, Australia, and internationally. Time zone differences are manageable with clear communication and scheduled review points.
