We collect only the information you provide through our contact and quote forms — your name, email, and the details of your enquiry — and use it solely to respond to you. We don't sell or share your information with third parties.

Projects run on fixed scope and fixed cost agreed at the Discovery Call stage. 25% is due upfront; the balance is split across 11 monthly payments. Work outside the agreed scope is always discussed and priced transparently before it begins.

If your circumstances change during a project, contact us — our aim is a sensible outcome for both sides, not rigid enforcement.
